Food For Thought

The older I get, the more I realize the importance of reflecting on the things I do and why I do them. I’m trying to be more intentional about setting goals for myself and mapping out ways to achieve them. I recently found some printables by Christie Zimmer that have helped me reflect on various parts of my life. Not only are they straightforward but they also take about 10 minutes to complete which is perfect for those with busy schedules. I’ve included the printable that I plan on reflecting on next.
