How I Stay Hydrated

If there is one thing that I could easily work on, it’s drinking more water. Just before Emme was born, I was on a roll. I was drinking enough water daily and felt hydrated. I felt more energized, I didn’t have cramps and I knew it was good for flushing toxins out of my body. There are so many benefits of drinking water….more than I can even name. The thing is, I know it’s good for me and yet, I’m struggling to do it.

There are easy solutions to this: spruce up my water and have water bottles filled and ready to go. Really, I have no excuse not to drink it. It is one of the best things I can do for my health.

I came across a few recipes to spruce up my water. I don’t love juice because I find it too sweet, but these recipes have the perfect amount of flavor to make water taste better.

Here’s to including more healthy habits in our lives and staying hydrated!
